It is suitable for sealing and waterproofing of expansion joints of concrete exterior walls; sealing and waterproofing of deformation joints and splicing joints of integrated pipe corridors,subways, and tunnels; sealing and waterproofing of floor cutting joints and roof partition joints; sealing and waterproofing of reserved joints of metal curtain walls; sealing and waterproofing of gaps between aluminum alloy window frames and concrete and cement walls.

Wipe the substrate dry with a brush or cloth, then clean thoroughly with a solvent-dampened cloth.

Insert a round polyethylene foam rod (1–2mm wider than the joint) at the base of the joint.

Apply paper masking tape along the joint edges to prevent surface contamination during priming/sealant application. Remove after completion.

Brush-apply primer to the substrate to enhance sealant bonding. Follow manufacturer’s drying time.

Cut the nozzle to match the joint width.Using a caulking gun, fill the joint continuously at a 45° angle, ensuring complete coverage without air bubbles.

Press and smooth the sealant into the joint with a putty knife or profiling tool (wetted with soapy water for a cleaner finish).Remove masking tape immediately after tooling.

Wear a toxic gas respirator, safety goggles, and chemical-resistant gloves to avoid skin/eye contact.

Ensure adequate ventilation by opening windows or using mechanical exhaust systems to reduce VOC and hazardous gas concentrations.

Keep away from open flames, smoking, and non-explosion-proof electrical devices—polyurethane sealants and solvents are flammable.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.Keep unused sealant tightly sealed and out of reach of children/pets.
