This is a kind of matte, high performance, curing elasticity, can be jointed, multi-purpose one-component polyurethane sealant, widely used in cars, buses, loaded vehicles, modified vehicles, containers, ships and other windshield bonding and sealing, automotive side glass and the body of the bonding and sealing, car body skin, aluminum buckle board bonding, body inside and outside the decorative pieces of the adhesion and sealing, weld sealing, body box sealing and so on.

Remove oil, dust, mold release agents, and other contaminants using isopropyl alcohol or a dedicated cleaner (e.g., for windshields and body frames).

Lightly sand metal or plastic surfaces if necessary to improve adhesion. Ensure surfaces are completely dry before application.

Some PU adhesives require a primer (e.g., for windshield bonding). Apply primer and allow it to dry for 1–5 minutes (refer to product specifications).

Cut the cartridge nozzle at a 45° angle to achieve the desired bead size.

Apply a continuous, uniform bead of adhesive (avoid breaks or air bubbles). The bead width/height should meet technical requirements (e.g., 5–8 mm for windshield bonding).

PU adhesives typically have an open time of 5–30 minutes—complete bonding within this period.

Align the parts and press firmly into place. Use clamps or tape for temporary fixation (e.g., windshield positioning).

Remove excess uncured adhesive with a suitable solvent (e.g., acetone).

Initial Cure: 1–4 hours (light handling possible). Full Cure: 24–72 hours (depends on temperature and humidity; longer in cold conditions).

Optimal temperature: 15–30°C (59–86°F), humidity 40–70%.

In cold environments (<5°C), pre-warm the adhesive to 20–25°C (using a heating cabinet).

Wear gloves to avoid skin contact with uncured adhesive.

Ensure proper ventilation to avoid inhaling fumes.
